1. 1. Your referred friend must confirm their interview by clicking the "Confirm Interview" button in the email they receive from us. Only when this button is clicked will the referral be counted towards your rewards.
2. 2. During the application process and interview, your friend must tag Gratitude Jobs to ensure the referral is valid. Failure to do so will render the referral void.
3. 3. If the details provided for the referral do not match the information in your friend's CV, the referral will be considered void. Please ensure your friend meets the criteria set by the company.
4. 4. You are not eligible to refer yourself; only your friends, family, and acquaintances can be referred.
5. 5. As the Philippines' leading portal for BPO applicants, we receive numerous referrals and applications every day from candidates, recruiters, and enthusiastic individuals referring candidates. The source credit will be given to the first entry in our platform, as decided by our management after database verification. Their decision in this regard is final and binding.
6. 6. We will confirm with the company if your referral tagged Gratitude Jobs which may take around 30 days after the candidate joins. Your referral should be live at the time of confirmation.
