Associate – Domain Utilities

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 1–5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate – Domain Utilities with experience in the Utilities domain and strong communication and back-office operations skills. The role involves handling UK customers, managing client and internal stakeholders, maintaining accuracy in daily operations, and preparing reports for various stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

1–5 years of experience in the Utilities domain
Experience handling UK customers preferred
Experience in managing client and internal stakeholders

Qualification

Graduate in Geography / GIS (Hons) or a relevant discipline

Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage back-office operations and processes.
Ensure accuracy in daily work while meeting defined timelines and SLAs.
Build and maintain strong relationships across various business units and account levels.
Ensure accuracy and adherence to defined quality and work standards.
Prepare and maintain reports for various internal and client stakeholders.
Handle customer communications through emails and calls professionally.
Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve operational requirements.
