Job Title : CLM Analyst | Treasury & Cash Management | Finance & Accounting | Noida

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented CLM Analyst with expertise in Treasury Operations, Cash Flow Management, and Finance & Accounting. The ideal candidate will support treasury functions by managing cash flow, interbank fund transfers, remittances, banking relationships, and working capital while ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts for business operations.
Monitor daily cash positions and manage liquidity effectively.
Process interbank fund transfers through e-banking platforms.
Handle remittances, repatriations, and treasury transactions.
Maintain adequate working capital for business requirements.
Update and maintain bank mandates as per company policies.
Support treasury reporting and financial analytics for senior management.
Coordinate with banking partners and internal finance teams.
Ensure compliance with treasury controls and financial procedures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce (B.Com), MBA Finance, or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of regular education (10+2+3).
2–4 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, or Finance & Accounting.
Experience in cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, and fund transfers.
Knowledge of banking portals, remittances, and working capital management.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

FRM (Financial Risk Manager – GARP) Certification is an advantage.
Experience in Banking Relationship Management.
