Job Title: Customer Service Associate – Airlines Process
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Job Summary:

  • Hiring experienced professionals for International Airlines Customer Service process

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

  • Coordinate with multiple internal teams

  • Deliver high-quality service from client location

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze customer complaints

  • Coordinate with departments for quick resolution

  • Work on multiple systems and applications

  • Contact customers for updates or additional information

  • Maintain service quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience

  • Airline BPO experience is mandatory

  • Freshers are not eligible

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good email comprehension

  • Problem-solving ability

  • Comfortable using multiple tools

  • Teamwork and coordination skills

Work Requirements:

  • Work from office in Gurugram

  • 5-day work week (rotational shifts)

  • Must be open to weekend working

  • No transport facility or reimbursement
