Role/Skill: P2P Process - Team Member
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2-6 Years
Band: BPO 1/2/3
Shift: US Time
Salary: up to 9 LPA
Graduation & Experience:
Graduates – B.Com / BBA
Minimum experience of 2 to 6 years in P2P process
Essential Requirements:
P2P knowledge/experience – Invoice processing, Payments, Travel & Expense
Good written and verbal communication
Good understanding of Business e-mail writing etiquette
Good Analytical Skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Working knowledge of MS Office, Oracle & HighRadius
Desired Requirements:
Worked in Oracle, P2P ServiceNow issue resolution process
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Processes Invoice exceptions, Handling payment queries, process T& E request in Concur
To maintain daily SLA’s
Reconciliation of Vendor account
Research and resolve discrepancies
Query resolution - Handling onshore and offshore team queries
Ensuring the SOP’s are updated timely
