Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

Web & Document Research: Conduct deep web research and analyze financial/research analytics data for global companies.

Data Management: Extract and tag researched financial information into client systems to build and maintain comprehensive databases.

Market Expertise: Continually build knowledge of international financial regulations and market practices.

Supply Chain Context: Apply a brief understanding of supply chain logistics to research tasks where relevant.

Client Interaction: Engage in regular communication and touchpoints with international clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

Language Proficiency: Japanese (E2 Level or equivalent) is mandatory, paired with excellent English communication skills.

Education: B.Com, BAF, BMS, or MBA in Finance is highly preferred. Open to graduates from other streams if language and communication skills are exceptional.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.

Core Competencies: Effective research, interpretation, multitasking, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
