Role Overview

TCS is looking for a Spanish Language Data Analyst to support Financial Research and Data Analytics operations. The role involves conducting web-based research, analyzing financial information, interpreting research documents, and maintaining accurate databases while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct web research to gather financial and business information on global companies.
Analyze and interpret financial research documents and market-related data.
Collect, validate, and tag research data accurately into client systems.
Build and maintain high-quality financial databases with strong attention to detail.
Understand financial regulations, market practices, and research methodologies.
Collaborate with internal teams and interact with global clients to ensure timely delivery of research outputs.
Maintain data accuracy, quality standards, and process compliance.
Prepare reports and support data analysis activities using MS Excel.
Manage multiple assignments while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and process-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
Spanish language proficiency (E2 Level) is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in Financial Research, Data Analysis, Web Research, or related analytical roles.
Experience working with financial research documents is preferred.
Strong research, analytical, and interpretation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Basic understanding of finance or supply chain concepts will be an added advantage.

Ability to deliver accurate results within defined SLAs.
Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts from the Thane office.
