Hiring: Delivery Manager – Payroll
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 7–10 Years
Band: BPO 6
Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA
Job Requirements:
7–10 years of experience in Payroll Operations, HRO Delivery, or Payroll Service Management.
Strong experience in US Payroll Processing and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors.
Good understanding of payroll lifecycle, including gross-to-net processing, reconciliations, tax filing, and year-end activities.
Strong knowledge of payroll governance, compliance, SLAs, and KPIs.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Finance, or a related field.
Payroll certifications (CPP/FPC) are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end payroll service delivery across HRO programs.
Ensure payroll operations meet SLA, KPI, and compliance requirements.
Manage US payroll processing, statutory compliance, tax filings, and reporting.
Oversee payroll accuracy, reconciliations, and year-end payroll activities.
Utilize Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors for payroll execution and reporting.
Handle client escalations and resolve complex payroll issues.
Drive automation, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and client stakeholders for seamless payroll delivery.
Ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
