We’re hiring a DERM Lead (Delivery Excellence & Risk Management) with strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, business transformation, process improvement, and quality management systems. If you have a background driving FAO transformation, automation, and delivery excellence initiatives in a service industry environment, this is an excellent opportunity to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs.

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 9-15 Years
Salary: Up to 20 LPA

What You’ll Do

* Lead Delivery Excellence and business transformation initiatives across client accounts
* Drive Lean Six Sigma projects to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
* Build a data-driven culture through quality tools, analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies
* Deploy Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO, and CMMI practices
* Lead automation, innovation, and digital transformation programs
* Conduct thought leadership workshops and develop continuous improvement roadmaps
* Drive risk mitigation, governance, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

* 10+ years of overall experience in business transformation, delivery excellence, or process improvement
* At least 4 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma or transformation roles within FAO (Finance & Accounting Operations)
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory
* Strong experience in QMS, automation, process improvement, and operational governance
* Exposure to data analytics, AI, machine learning, or digital transformation is an advantage
* Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and program leadership skills
* Willing to work across shifts and travel as required

Preferred Background

* MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA, ICWA, Engineering, or equivalent
* Black Belt, Master Black Belt, PMP, Agile, or Digital certifications are a plus

Important Notes
* PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation
