Job Title : Finance & Accounting Team Leader | F&A Operations | Equities Market | Kolkata / Thane

Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced Finance & Accounting Team Leader to lead a high-performing team supporting finance operations with a focus on Equities Market, Company Financials, and Analyst/Broker Estimates. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, experience handling client SLAs, and the ability to drive operational excellence and continuous process improvements.

Location: Kolkata / Thane, India
Work Setup: Onsite
Experience: 1–3 Years as Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 15–20 Finance & Accounting professionals.
Monitor productivity, quality, and client-defined SLAs.
Review team performance and ensure operational targets are consistently achieved.
Analyze work volumes and allocate resources effectively.
Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Prepare productivity reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
Conduct coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Identify training needs and support team development.
Participate in client meetings, operational reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Required Qualifications

B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, ICWA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience as a Finance & Accounting Team Leader.
Strong knowledge of Equities Market, Company Financials, Analyst Reports, and Broker Estimates.
Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Important Notes

Locations: Kolkata / Thane
Minimum 1–3 years of Team Leader experience in Finance & Accounting.
Knowledge of Equities Market and Company Financials is mandatory.
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation.
