JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring French Language Executives for Mumbai and Gurugram locations. Candidates will provide language support and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced WFO environment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Intermediate to High level French language skills, both written and spoken

- CEFR Level B1-B2 and above preferred. B2 and higher for mastery level

- Ability to learn quickly with strong task and system understanding

- Ability to switch between different tasks rapidly

- Computer literate

- QA Mastery level from Novice to Effective in all competencies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide French language support for business and process-related activities

- Learn processes quickly and adapt to system requirements

- Switch between multiple tasks and processes as required

- Maintain quality standards and meet productivity targets

- Work in a 24x7 rotational environment and comply with SOPs

ELIGIBILITY:

- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience

- Strong communication skills in French and English

- Willing to work from office in Mumbai or Gurugram

- Flexible for night shift and 24x7 rotational support
