Role/Skill: German Language Specialist
Location: Mumbai – TCS Kensington Office
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Band: Grade 1/2
Shift Timing: 2 PM to 12 Midnight
Salary: Up to 7 LPA CTC
Qualifications
Any full-time Graduate (Commerce preferred)
German Language Certification – B2 or above mandatory
Must Have Skills
German reading, speaking, and writing skills
Strong communication skills in both English and German
Good MS Office competency
Role Purpose
Work as a German Language Specialist with strong German speaking, reading, and writing abilities
Handle communication and support activities in German and English languages
Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Read, write, and communicate fluently in German and English
Support business operations requiring German language expertise
Maintain quality communication standards and customer satisfaction
Work effectively in rotational/late evening shifts
