We’re hiring a German HRO Lead (German Language Processor Lead) with strong experience in HR Shared Services, Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations, Workday HCM, and German-language HR support. If you have a background leading HR operations teams and supporting global HR service delivery, this is an excellent opportunity to join a multinational HR operations environment.

Salary: Up to 12 LPA

What You’ll Do

* Lead German-language HR operations and end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes
* Manage HR support across Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Employee Relations
* Oversee onboarding, employee data management, transfers, promotions, leave administration, and offboarding
* Act as the escalation point for complex HR cases and employee lifecycle issues
* Lead Learning Operations, training coordination, and process standardization initiatives
* Mentor HR Operations teams, conduct quality reviews, and support governance meetings
* Ensure GDPR compliance, data accuracy, audit readiness, and operational excellence
* Drive process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

* 8-10 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HRO, or Global Business Services
* Strong expertise in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations
* Fluent German (B2/C1 or higher) and strong English communication skills
* Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms
* Experience supporting global or multinational HR operations
* Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced shared services environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience leading HR Operations or HRO teams
* Exposure to Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting Operations, and Learning Operations
* Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement certification is an advantage
* Workday HCM certification and/or Goethe German certification is preferred
