We are hiring an experienced Learning Delivery Specialist to support the end-to-end delivery of enterprise learning programs. If you have experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Training Operations, LMS Administration, Learning Coordination, or HR Operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Bengaluru
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (including US shift support when required)

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or a related discipline
* 3–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Delivery, Training Operations, HR Operations, or a related field
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
* Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRMS, MS Teams, SharePoint, Event Management platforms, and resource management tools
* Experience coordinating training logistics, scheduling, and learner management
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Willing to work from the Bengaluru office
* Flexible to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including US shift schedules

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and support the end-to-end delivery of learning programs and training activities
* Manage learner enrollments, course assignments, cancellations, and completion tracking
* Coordinate training schedules and act as the liaison between business teams and scheduling teams
* Review and validate special training requests in accordance with established SOPs
* Support learning logistics, including virtual training, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination
* Manage digital learning content and ensure training materials remain accurate and up to date
* Monitor learning activities, maintain data accuracy, and generate reports on training delivery and KPIs
* Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and Learning Integration teams to support training initiatives
* Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and enhance the learner experience
