We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead Capital Markets and Financial Information Services operations. If you have expertise in Equity Capital Markets, Financial Statement Analysis, Client Delivery, and Operations Management, we’d love to hear from you.

Experience: 10–15 Years
Salary: Up to ₹17 LPA

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA – Finance, ICWA, or CA)
* 10–15 years of experience in Capital Markets, Financial Information Services, or Financial Operations
* Minimum 5 years of experience independently managing large-scale projects or client engagements
* Strong understanding of Equity Capital Markets, Company Financial Reports, Broker & Analyst Reports, Fixed Income Products, and Corporate Bonds
* Strong expertise in Financial Statement Analysis and interpreting financial data
* Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams
* Strong client management, stakeholder management, and operations leadership experience
* Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, project delivery, budgeting, and P&L
* Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end delivery of Company Financials and Capital Markets operations across global delivery centers
* Ensure timely, accurate delivery of financial information and reporting services
* Manage client relationships, governance meetings, business reviews, and operational performance
* Lead teams of 100–200 professionals across multiple locations, time zones, and business functions
* Monitor operational performance, SLAs, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Plan staffing, training, resource allocation, and capacity management
* Manage project budgets, revenue, profitability, and P&L
* Identify new business opportunities, support effort estimation, validation, and pricing activities
* Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and quality initiatives
* Mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
