Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Reporting and MIS Specialist with 4–8 years of experience in HR reporting, MIS, and data analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Tableau, Cognos, and HR reporting tools, with the ability to create accurate reports, dashboards, and data insights for global stakeholders. The role requires excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills while ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and data confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data from multiple sources to prepare accurate reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and customized datasets.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to fulfill reporting requirements.
Support ad hoc reporting requests and business projects.
Maintain reporting documentation, process guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies while handling employee data.
Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality reports within defined timelines.

Eligibility

Any Graduate
4–8 years of experience in HR Reporting, MIS, or Data Analytics.
Experience working with global stakeholders is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

US Shift: 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Work from Office (No Work From Home)
Flexibility to work extended hours when required to meet business deadlines.
