Role Overview
TCS is looking for an experienced Talent Consultation Analyst to manage Employee Relations and HR disciplinary case management within a US HR environment. The role involves end-to-end ownership of employee cases, providing policy guidance, supporting managers and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and US labor practices, and delivering a consistent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of HR disciplinary cases from initiation through closure.
- Handle employee relations cases involving attendance, misconduct, job abandonment, call avoidance, unauthorized settlements, and related issues.
- Provide expert guidance to managers on HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and case resolution.
- Ensure all cases are managed in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate case documentation, records, reports, and audit trails.
- Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and stakeholders throughout the case management process.
- Analyze case trends and recommend process or policy improvements.
- Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and professionalism while handling sensitive employee matters.
- Apply sound judgment and critical thinking to resolve complex HR issues independently.
- Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to drive consistency and continuous process improvement.
- Participate in client and employee calls as required to support case resolution and consultation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, HR Case Management, or Talent Consultation.
- Experience managing end-to-end disciplinary cases in a US HR environment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in the US Shift from the Mumbai office.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of US labor laws and HR compliance.
- Experience with HR case management systems or HRIS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
- High emotional intelligence with excellent listening and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
