Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to support and optimize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) while ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and seamless HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HRIS platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders. Experience with Infor HRIS is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update HRIS data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
Configure system fields, workflows, and HR modules under the guidance of senior HRIS team members.
Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with IT teams or vendors to resolve technical problems.
Support HRIS upgrades, testing, implementations, and deployment of new system features.
Develop, generate, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc HR reports, including headcount, turnover, compliance, and workforce analytics.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
Perform regular data audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
Partner with HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to optimize system utilization.
Support annual HR processes such as performance management, compensation planning, and benefits administration.
Create user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
Conduct HRIS training sessions for HR users and business stakeholders.
Maintain strict confidentiality while handling employee and organizational data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, HR Analytics, or HR Technology.
Hands-on experience with at least one HRIS platform; Infor HRIS experience is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, and reporting.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
Experience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, or module rollouts is an advantage.
Basic understanding of HR policies, processes, and employment regulations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and customer-service orientation.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Commerce, or a related field.
