Job Title: Indirect Sourcing Specialist
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–7 Years
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Indirect Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing and procurement activities across assigned indirect spend categories. The ideal candidate will have experience in indirect procurement, supplier management, sourcing operations, and commercial analysis, with the ability to ensure efficient procurement processes, supplier compliance, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Execute sourcing events for assigned indirect procurement categories, including supplier identification, RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, and commercial analysis.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, service scope, timelines, budgets, and procurement needs.
Support supplier negotiations, contract administration, supplier onboarding, and commercial documentation.
Maintain sourcing records, supplier master data, procurement documentation, approval workflows, and commercial records.
Track supplier performance, contract renewals, service milestones, and issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Analyze spend data, supplier performance, and procurement metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and category insights.
Collaborate with Procurement Operations, Finance, and Business teams to resolve purchase order, invoice, and service acceptance issues.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, governance standards, approval controls, and audit requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing processes, reporting, and procurement efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–7 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Category Management, or Procurement Operations.
Strong understanding of indirect sourcing processes, procurement lifecycle, supplier relationship management, and contract administration.
Experience in supplier coordination, commercial analysis, spend reporting, and procurement documentation.
Knowledge of procurement policies, governance, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP Procurement Systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or equivalent).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
