JOB TITLE: Mandarin Language Specialist - Digital Banking Support - Bangalore - APAC Hours - Up to 10 LPA
Location: Bangalore - Onsite
Band: BPO 2-3
Salary: Up to 10 LPA
Work Shift: APAC Business Hours
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are hiring Mandarin Language Specialist for Digital Banking Support in Bangalore! If you are fluent in Mandarin and have experience in customer service in banking or financial services, this is for you. Up to 10 LPA package!

YOUR ROLE:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Answer incoming calls, live chats, and emails related to digital banking products and services
- Assist customers with account-related issues including account openings, closings, and maintenance
- Achieve performance targets and KPIs related to call resolution time, customer satisfaction, and response time
- Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in CRM System
- Collaborate with other bank stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay updated on bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service in contact center environment in banking or financial services
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Native Mandarin - English is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Knowledge of bank products, services, and regulations is required
- Open to shift hours and weekends
- Open to work in Bangalore
