Customer to Cash / Record to Report (C2C/R2R) – Team Member

Job Location: TCS MIHAN, Nagpur – SEZ
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Shift Timing: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Shift Flexibility: Candidate should be flexible for rotational and night shifts.

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer to Cash / Record to Report (C2C/R2R) – Team Member with experience in Finance and Accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of General Ledger accounting, Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Month-End Close activities, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post Journal Entries in ERP systems.
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements and other reconciliation activities.
Handle Cash, Card, and other tender reconciliations.
Prepare month-end schedules for different tenders and support Month-End Close activities.
Manage general accounting processes, including journal entry preparation and posting.
Process R2R transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
Support internal and external audit requirements.
Resolve general accounting-related issues in coordination with Team Leads.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of daily transactions.
Work on MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience working in a C2C role using Oracle.
Understanding of the Revenue Recognition process.
Experience in general accounting or outsourced R2R operations.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
B.Com, M.Com, or similar non-technical graduation preferred.
Relevant experience of 1 to 5 years in Finance & Accounting / R2R operations.
Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational and night shifts.
