International HR Services Specialist
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai
Experience: 5–6 Years
Work Mode: Work From Office
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated International HR Services Specialist to join our Global HR Operations team. The role will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and employee-focused HR services across multiple international regions. The specialist will manage end-to-end HR administrative processes, handle employee queries, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with global HR policies and processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday and ServiceNow, excellent HR operations knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
Administer and close probation processes for new hires in Workday.
Assign missing pay groups and ensure accurate payroll alignment.
Maintain and update employee contract notifications.
Process fixed-term contract extensions in accordance with policies and compliance requirements.
Letters & Documentation
Generate, review, and deliver job change letters through Workday.
Proofread employee letters and run error reports to ensure accuracy.
Create and manage compensation change letters.
Support the preparation of employee visa and reference letters.
Compensation & Benefits
Review and process shift and on-call allowance requests according to local policies.
Audit monthly time-off data, including positive and negative leave balances.
Review employee time-off requests and manage over-utilized leave processes.
Employee Support & Query Resolution
Act as the first point of contact for employees and resolve HR queries through ServiceNow.
Review and process short-term leave certification forms for applicable geographies.
Ensure employee queries are resolved accurately and within defined timelines.
Maintain a strong focus on employee experience and service excellence.
Quality, Compliance & Reporting
Conduct regular audits of HR data in Workday.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance when handling employee records.
Prepare reports and provide insights to HR leadership.
Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–6 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services supporting international geographies.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday, including Core HR, contracts, letters, compensation, and absence management.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar HR ticketing platforms.
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentation.
Excellent proofreading, quality-control, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to manage high-volume HR transactions accurately and within deadlines.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills across international regions.
Flexibility to work in a 24×7 support environment.
Good to Have
Experience with Python scripting for employee data filing, HR audits, process automation, or letter generation.
Experience in global HR shared services or international HR operations.
Knowledge of continuous improvement and process-excellence practices.

Work shifts will depend on geography and regional coverage requirements across a 24×7 service environment.
Work From Office; no work from home.
Flexibility to work extended hours when required to meet business deadlines.
Eligibility
Graduation is compulsory.

Former and/or current TCS/Tata employees are not eligible for this position.
