Spanish Customer Service – Spanish Language Expert

Position: Spanish Customer Service
Location: Chennai / Mumbai / Bangalore
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: Graduation is compulsory
Language: Spanish B2 proficiency required

Job Description

TCS is hiring candidates with B2-level Spanish language proficiency to support customer service and finance-related operations. The role involves handling customer queries and emails in Spanish and English, coordinating with Spanish-speaking clients, and supporting invoice and purchase order-related activities.

For the Mumbai location, candidates with strong Spanish and English communication skills can be considered; finance/accounting knowledge is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Handle emails and customer queries in Spanish and English.
Translate, interpret, and respond to queries from Spanish-speaking clients.
Provide customer support and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Support invoice processing and approval-related activities.
Coordinate with AP, AR, and R2R teams for required approvals and issue resolution.
Examine and resolve purchase order-related issues by coordinating with business stakeholders.
Support finance and accounting operations involving Spanish-speaking clients.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow process requirements.

Required Skills

B2-level Spanish language proficiency – Mandatory
Good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Ability to translate, interpret, and handle Spanish-speaking customer inquiries.
Good MS Office skills.
Strong customer service and stakeholder coordination skills.

Good to Have

Finance & Accounting background.
Knowledge of:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Record to Report (R2R)
- General Ledger
- Journal Entries
- Reconciliation
- Fixed Assets
Oracle exposure is an added advantage.

Note: AR and R2R experience is preferred, not mandatory. Candidates with strong Spanish language skills can be processed even without AR/R2R experience.

Candidate Eligibility

Graduation is compulsory.
B2 Spanish proficiency is mandatory.
"Spanish" must be clearly mentioned on the candidate's CV.
Candidates outside Bangalore/Chennai should be asked about their willingness to relocate, especially to Bangalore, as the Bangalore requirement is urgent.
For Mumbai, strong Spanish + English communication is the primary requirement; finance knowledge is not mandatory
