SuccessFactors & HRO Team Lead

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors & HRO Team Lead with strong expertise in HR Operations, SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, L2 support, and HR process transition management. The candidate will be responsible for managing HR technology and operations support, resolving escalations, troubleshooting SAP–SuccessFactors integration issues, and ensuring smooth delivery within defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR Operations and SAP SuccessFactors support activities.
Handle L2 support issues related to SAP SuccessFactors and SAP replication processes.
Investigate and resolve SAP–SuccessFactors replication and integration issues.
Support Employee Central and employee lifecycle management activities.
Manage process transitions, documentation, knowledge transfer, and stabilization.
Prepare process maps, SIPOC documents, RCA reports, and escalation trackers.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
Generate and maintain SAP and SuccessFactors reports and dashboards.
Coordinate with HR, payroll, technical support teams, and internal stakeholders.
Support payroll-related HR operations and data validation.
Ensure compliance with process guidelines, SLAs, and operational controls.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve process efficiency and service delivery.
Required Skills
5–8 years of experience in HR Operations and SAP SuccessFactors support.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Experience in L2 support and troubleshooting SAP–SuccessFactors replication/integration issues.
Good understanding of HR processes and payroll operations.
Experience in process transition and stabilization.
Knowledge of Process Mapping, SIPOC, RCA, and Escalation Management.
Hands-on experience with SAP and SuccessFactors reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Experience in shared services/BPO HR Operations.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is an added advantage.
Exposure to payroll processes and HR systems integration.
Eligibility Criteria
Relevant experience in SuccessFactors and HR Operations is mandatory.
Strong expertise in Employee Central and L2 support is required.
Candidates must be comfortable working from the Mumbai location.
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
