Job Title: OTC – Assistant Manager (Pricing)

Shift: 12:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

Role Overview

We are hiring an OTC – Assistant Manager (Pricing) to lead pricing strategy, commercial analysis, deal structuring, and contract governance within Finance & Accounting operations. The role involves working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams to deliver commercially viable pricing solutions while supporting revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize pricing strategies for business opportunities.
Support deal structuring, commercial proposals, and RFQ/RFP responses.
Perform financial analysis, pricing validation, and profitability assessments.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams.
Ensure pricing governance and compliance with company policies.
Conduct market and competitive pricing analysis.
Support contract pricing reviews and commercial negotiations.
Prepare pricing reports, dashboards, and business insights.
Work with ERP systems for pricing and financial operations.
Drive process improvements and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Contracting.
Experience in global and client-facing environments.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Good understanding of P&L, cost structures, and margin optimization.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Knowledge of pricing strategies (Cost-Based, Value-Based, Competitive Pricing).
Ability to manage multiple deals under tight deadlines.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
