Job Title: OTC – Assistant Manager (Pricing)
Location: Chennai
Experience: 7–10 Years
Shift: 12:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced OTC – Assistant Manager (Pricing) to support pricing strategy, commercial finance, and contract management activities. The role involves working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams to develop competitive pricing models, support deal structuring, and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute pricing strategies for business opportunities.
Support RFQ/RFP responses and commercial deal structuring.
Perform financial analysis, pricing validation, and margin optimization.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams.
Review contracts to ensure pricing compliance and governance.
Prepare pricing reports, dashboards, and business insights.
Conduct market and competitor pricing analysis.
Handle multiple pricing requests within defined timelines.
Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and controls.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 15 years of regular education (10+2+3).
7–10 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Contracting.
Strong knowledge of P&L, cost structures, and margin optimization.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
