Location: Chennai

Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: MBA, M.Com, B.Com, BBA (Finance & Accounts) – 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3)
Salary: ₹6–7 LPA
Band: BPO 2
Shift: 12:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night/Rotational Shift)
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Key Skills Required:

3+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Finance & Accounts
Hands-on experience in Billing, Cash Allocation, Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience working with Oracle ERP (preferred)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
MS Office proficiency
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end O2C processes
Handle billing, cash allocation, and AR activities
Track budget expenses and maintain healthy vendor relationships
Prepare daily reports and highlight issues proactively
Ensure accurate data entry and process compliance

Eligibility:

3–5 years of relevant O2C/F&A experience
Willing to work from the Chennai office in rotational night shifts
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply
PAN and Date of Birth are mandatory for profile creation
