Role: Procurement Operations Associate

Skill: Sourcing and Procurement

Location: Nagpur

Experience: 1 - 4 years

Band: BPO 1/2

Salary: 6-7 LPA

Shift: Should be flexible with Rotational/Night Shift.

Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Bachelor's/Master’s in B.Com/BMS/BBA or equivalent

Skills :

Good understanding of Sourcing / Procurement

Experience of dealing with domestic and international suppliers/customers

Excellent Communication Skills for the (Spoken & Written)

Collaboration and Influencing

Analytical skills

Result Orientated

Good Team player

Responsibilities:

Receipt and validation of purchase requisitions & purchase order as per SOP & procurement policy

Purchase order preparation, issuance, change and follow up with requesters in order to ensure accurate and on time delivery

Adherence to SOP and Client’s Procurement Policy Create/amend/delete and maintain PR & PO Details in ERP systems

Follow up with Stakeholders for missing information and/or approval of Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order

Resolve queries coming from both requesters and stakeholders via Email, Service Now and Chat

Coordinate with Buyers (end-user) and account payable teams for changes, payment advice, order/invoice status

Validation of Goods & Invoice Receipt before making any changes to the existing PO

Support resolution of receiving issues to Stakeholders

Reporting & escalating issues

Timely escalations to all internal and external Stakeholders in case of a policy and procedure not followed.

Perform vendor invoice verification, processing and tracking relating to end-user support services.

Maintain quality, accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)

PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
