Job Title: Procurement Operations – Portuguese Resource

Location: New Delhi
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Band: BPO 2/3
Shift: Night Shift (Rotational)

Job Responsibilities:

Provide Portuguese language support for procurement operations.
Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Shopping Carts (SC), and support Purchase Order (PO) creation.
Perform due diligence, validation checks, and ensure SLA compliance.
Handle procurement requests accurately and within agreed timelines.
Support procurement and supply chain operations.
Conduct quality checks and follow up on open items for timely resolution.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including Portuguese-speaking clients.
Participate in client meetings and business calls as required.
Identify and support process improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and company policies.

Eligibility:

Portuguese language proficiency (Mandatory).
2–5 years of experience in Procurement Operations or Supply Chain Operations.
Basic knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
Experience with PR/SC processing and Purchase Order (PO) creation.
Good understanding of customer quality and productivity expectations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work rotational night shifts.
