Role: Procurement Operations – Portuguese Resource

Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Shift: Night Shift (Rotational)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Portuguese language support for procurement operations.
- Read, interpret, and communicate business and process-related information in Portuguese.
- Process procurement requests while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform due diligence and validation of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Shopping Cart (SC) requests.
- Support Purchase Order (PO) creation and procurement activities.
- Monitor productivity and ensure quality compliance.
- Resolve stakeholder queries and follow up on pending requests.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, including attending business calls when required.
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Portuguese (reading, writing, and communication)
Basic knowledge of:
- Procurement Operations
- Supply Chain Operations
- Purchase Requisition (PR) and Shopping Cart (SC) processing
- Purchase Order (PO) support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet productivity and quality targets
Willingness to work rotational night shifts:
- 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
