Role/Skill: Procurement Team Member

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1 to 10 years

Band: BPO 1/2/3

Salary: up to 9 LPA

Experience

1–10 years of experience in sourcing and transactional procurement.

Experience in direct and indirect materials procurement.

Hands-on experience in procurement operations, including:

+ Purchase Requisition (PR) processing

+ Purchase Order (PO) creation and amendments

+ PO confirmations

+ Expediting activities

+ Supplier and user query resolution (Procurement Helpdesk support)

Experience with spot buying activities, including:

+ Sending RFQs/enquiries

+ Collecting and evaluating quotations

+ Comparative analysis of supplier bids

+ Providing sourcing recommendations

Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement transactions from requisition to purchase order processing.

Support sourcing activities and spot-buy requirements.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely procurement execution.

Track and expedite purchase orders to meet delivery commitments.

Resolve procurement-related queries and issues through helpdesk support.

Conduct supplier quotation analysis and recommend cost-effective sourcing solutions.

Ensure compliance with procurement processes and organizational policies.

Maintain procurement records and system data accuracy.

Required Skills
