We are hiring an experienced Procurement & Vendor Master Lead to manage end-to-end transactional procurement operations and vendor management processes. This is a people management role ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced BPO/shared services environments and are committed to maintaining high accuracy and service quality standards.

What You'll Do:

Validate incoming requisitions and convert them to Purchase Orders (POs) with all required approvals and checklists in place
Monitor, follow up, and confirm POs; handle PO amendments after stakeholder communication
Run standard reports on reporting tools and maintain dashboards for procurement metrics
Resolve queries from both requesters and suppliers via email and phone in a timely manner
Expedite POs to ensure on-time fulfillment and minimal supply chain disruption
Identify and resolve exceptions, escalate issues where needed
Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on quality, accuracy, and Turnaround Time (TAT)
Lead, guide, and support the team to meet daily operational targets

What We're Looking For:

5–10 years of experience in transactional procurement and vendor management, preferably in a BPO or shared services setup
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially SAP
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proven people management skills with the ability to mentor and drive team performance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
A collaborative team player who takes ownership and works well under pressure
