Job Opening: Project Manager – Reservations

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 8–10 Years

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Reservations to manage end-to-end project execution involving system migrations, hotel onboarding, OTA integrations, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time while collaborating across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end system migration projects with minimal business disruption.
Coordinate new hotel onboarding across Technology, Distribution, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams.
Oversee OTA onboarding and integration activities, ensuring timely and accurate go-live.
Track revenue performance and key business metrics; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, trackers, and leadership presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project milestones, manage timelines, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
Maintain project documentation, action trackers, and status reports.
Drive follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action items.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend operational enhancements.

Required Skills

8–10 years of Project Management experience.
Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in preparing business reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of hotel systems, OTA platforms, distribution channels, or hospitality operations will be an added advantage.
