Role Overview

TCS is hiring a Sales & Radio Ad Operations Executive to manage advertising campaign scheduling, trafficking, and broadcast operations within the Media & Broadcasting domain. The role involves coordinating creative assets, optimizing ad schedules, ensuring campaign compliance, resolving scheduling issues, and supporting successful campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage ad scheduling and trafficking for radio and broadcast campaigns.
Coordinate the delivery of creative assets and ensure broadcast readiness.
Verify compliance with broadcast standards and client requirements.
Optimize campaign schedules to maximize reach and efficiency.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute campaign changes.
Monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot operational issues.
Generate campaign performance reports and analytics.
Collaborate with sales, broadcast operations, and client teams.
Maintain campaign documentation and knowledge sharing.
Recommend process improvements for campaign optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Traffic Coordination.
Ad Scheduling & Trafficking.
Campaign Management.
Media / Broadcasting Operations.
Scheduling Optimization.
Excellent English communication skills.
Sales Coordination.
Documentation & Reporting.
Team Collaboration.
Experience with traffic management systems (IBMS, Aquira, or similar).
