Job Opportunity: Spanish Customer Service (Finance & Accounting)

Position: Spanish Customer Service
Location: Chennai
Experience: 3–6 Years
Band: BPO 3


Role Overview

We are looking for candidates with strong Spanish language proficiency (B2 level mandatory) to support Finance & Accounting operations. The role involves handling communication with Spanish-speaking clients, invoice processing, and coordination with internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle emails in Spanish and English and process invoices for approval

  • Support AP, AR, and R2R processes and remote migration activities

  • Coordinate with Spanish-speaking clients for approvals and issue resolution

  • Resolve purchase order-related queries by collaborating with stakeholders

  • Translate and interpret client requirements from Spanish to English and vice versa

  • Provide timely and accurate support to clients


Required Skills

  • B2 level proficiency in Spanish (Mandatory)

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Ability to translate and interpret effectively

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office


Good to Have

  • Background in Finance & Accounting

  • Knowledge of:

    • Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Record to Report (R2R)

    • General Ledger, Journal Entries, Reconciliation

    • Fixed Assets

  • Exposure to Oracle


Candidate Criteria

  • Graduation is compulsory

  • Spanish language must be clearly mentioned in CV

  • Candidates with prior TCS/Tata experience are not eligible

This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
