We’re hiring a Spanish Procurement Operations Specialist with strong Spanish language proficiency and exposure to procurement, purchase orders, supply chain operations, or procurement support. If you can communicate confidently in Spanish and enjoy working in a process-driven operations environment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a global delivery team.

Shift: Flexible (5:00 PM-2:30 AM or 10:00 PM-7:00 AM)
Salary: Up to 7 LPA

What You’ll Do

* Provide Spanish language support for procurement and supply chain operations
* Review purchase requisition (PR) and shopping cart (SC) requests
* Support purchase order (PO) creation and procurement processing
* Coordinate with Spanish-speaking stakeholders to resolve operational queries
* Ensure compliance with SLA, quality standards, and procurement processes
* Perform data validation, documentation, reporting, and process improvement activities
* Participate in client calls and support cross-functional operations teams

What We’re Looking For

* Spanish language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
* 1-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or shared services
* Basic understanding of procurement operations, PO creation, PR/SC processing, and supply chain workflows
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to work flexible evening/night shifts

Eligibility

* Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3)
* PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation
