Supply Chain Team Lead / Operations Manager

Location: Mumbai

Shift: Rotational / Night Shift – Flexibility Required

Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Team Lead / Operations Manager with strong experience in Supply Chain Management, Sourcing & Procurement, team handling, and client relationship management. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, monitoring delivery and quality, handling exceptions and escalations, identifying potential risks, and ensuring business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and ensure effective service delivery.
Lead, motivate, and manage the operations team.
Monitor delivery, quality, productivity, and exception handling.
Conduct internal performance reviews with team members and leadership.
Identify and manage potential operational risks.
Oversee contract administration and day-to-day procurement activities.
Ensure operational, functional, and business objectives are met.
Handle escalations and drive timely resolution.
Conduct process training and employee assessments.
Channelize workflow and ensure smooth process operations.
Manage interactions with domestic and international suppliers/customers.

Required Skills

5–7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
Strong experience in Sourcing & Procurement.
Team handling and leadership skills.
Client relationship and stakeholder management.
Escalation and exception management.
Performance and quality monitoring.
Risk identification and management.
Contract administration and procurement operations.
Experience dealing with domestic and international suppliers/customers.

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in B.Com / BMS / BBA / MBA preferred; may be flexible based on relevant experience.
