Support (F&A) – Manager
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 12–20 Years
Band: BPO 5
Salary: Up to 17 LPA
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced F&A Manager to oversee multiple Finance & Accounting towers, including PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing and Treasury. The ideal candidate should have strong people leadership, stakeholder management, governance and process-improvement experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end F&A operations across multiple towers.
Lead and mentor teams with 10+ years of team-handling experience.
Oversee PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing and Treasury.
Ensure smooth month-end and quarter-end close activities.
Manage SLAs, KPIs, escalations and overall team performance.
Lead stakeholder governance meetings across countries.
Support statutory/internal audits, tax audits and regulatory compliance.
Ensure SOX controls and financial compliance.
Manage reconciliations, book closure, financial analysis and exceptions.
Drive transformation and continuous process improvement.
Manage client relationships, queries, ad-hoc reporting and escalations.
Support KT/transition and BCP activities where required.
Conduct training, mentoring, 1:1 discussions and team huddles.
Work with external auditors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
12–20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Strong experience in managing large F&A teams.
Excellent stakeholder and escalation management skills.
Strong knowledge of F&A processes and process improvement.
Experience with multiple ERP systems.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management and governance.
Customer-service-oriented approach.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage.
CPA, CA or CWA qualification is desirable.
Education / Qualification
Graduate / Finance Professional with 12–20 years of relevant F&A experience.
CPA / CA / CWA desirable.
