Tax Accounting Lead
Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience: 8–12 Years
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: Up to ₹17 LPA
We are looking for an experienced Tax Accounting Lead to lead Sales & Use Tax operations, tax accounting, and indirect tax compliance for a global organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong leadership skills, deep tax accounting expertise, and hands-on Oracle ERP experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Sales & Use Tax compliance and tax accounting operations.
- Manage tax reporting, tax balances, and general ledger integrity.
- Oversee Oracle ERP tax infrastructure and drive process improvements.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing tax team/
- Manage stakeholder and client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct tax law research and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of relevant Tax Accounting experience.
- Strong experience in Sales & Use Tax compliance.
- Hands-on Oracle ERP (Cloud/Fusion or EBS).
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Experience managing SLAs and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA
- CA
- CMA
- Master's in Taxation (MST)
- CMI Certification
