Role/Skill: Team Lead - Buyer
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Band: BPO 4
Salary: 11 to 12 LPA
REQUIREMENTS:
5 to 7 + Years of experience working within SCM.
· Monitor performance & drive internal reviews with team and leadership
· Delivery, quality and exception handling should be monitored.
· Potential risks identification and management
· Contract administration to ensure that the day-to-day procurement activities
· Meet the operational, functional and business objectives required by the contract and
provide a profitable interaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the client Relationship
- Team Handling and Motivation
- Process Training
- Employee assessment and channelizing the workflow
- Escalation and resolution handling
DOMAIN:
- Experience in Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement)
- Experience in dealing with domestic and international suppliers / customers
- Supply Chian services across any BG. "You will be leading team, enable solutions and
drive for results.
SOFT SKILLS
- Excellent communication
- Team collaboration
- Documentation and knowledge sharing
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Exposure to Oracle/ SAP/ ERP Sourcing Module
EDUCATION:
Bachelor'S/Master’s in B.Com/BMS/ BBA/MBA (can be marked optional or flexible)
CERTIFICATIONS:
Online supply chain management (SCM) courses with certificates are available from
platforms like Coursera, Great Learning and Alison offering training in logistics, inventory
management, and procurement. (can be marked optional or flexible)
