Description
Lead a high-performing team supporting US Life Insurance Agency Management operations. We’re looking for an experienced people leader with strong insurance contact center expertise who can manage day-to-day delivery, engage US stakeholders, drive process improvements, and confidently operate across voice, chat, and back-office functions.
Eligibility
* 6–8 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a people management role.
* 2+ years of experience in US Life Insurance Agency Management / servicing preferred.
* Strong understanding of insurance contact center, voice, blended, or back-office operations.
* Excellent spoken and written English communication.
* Strong stakeholder management and experience working with US clients.
* Comfortable with chat and email support; typing speed of 40–60 WPM preferred.
* Strong problem-solving, project management, and team leadership skills.
* Willing to work primarily US night shifts, with flexibility for 24x7 rotational schedules.
What You’ll Do
* Lead daily operations, workload distribution, performance reviews, and team delivery.
* Manage escalations and collaborate with US client stakeholders.
* Drive process improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
* Monitor team performance and coach employees toward business goals.
* Participate in voice/chat operations when required to remain connected with the operating model.
* Lead projects and deliver results within aggressive timelines.
