Job Summary:
Hiring telecom professionals with experience in Ethernet/Fibre/FTTx, network planning, telecom order management, service delivery, and customer support. The role involves managing telecom orders end-to-end, coordinating with customers, planners and engineers, booking engineering appointments, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely service activation.
Key Skills:
Telecom Network Planning, Ethernet, Fibre, FTTx/FTTP, Telecom Operations, Service Delivery, Customer Handling, Voice Support, Order Management, Stakeholder Management, Excel, OSS/BSS.
Education:
