Job Description

We are hiring a TPRM Analyst to assess and manage third-party risks, conduct supplier due diligence, classify risk levels, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, and collaborate with Procurement and Business stakeholders on risk mitigation.

Must-Have Skills

5–8 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management and due diligence
Third-Party Risk Analysis
Supplier Due Diligence
Risk Management
SOC 2 Controls & Compliance
Experience with TPRM tools
Experience with ERP and risk management tools
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

Vendor Management
Vendor Qualification
Legal/Paralegal certification
Knowledge of international contracts and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

Review and assess third-party risks and conduct impact assessments
Classify third parties as High, Medium or Low risk
Conduct third-party due diligence and monitor mitigation activities
Ensure compliance with TPRM requirements and internal policies
Maintain TPRM databases, repositories, records and audit trails
Collaborate with Procurement and Business stakeholders on risk mitigation
Prepare reports on due diligence, risk levels and mitigation status
Act as a point of contact for TPRM-related queries

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance or a related field with minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).
