Role: Treasury & Cash Management- Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and highly strategic Treasury & Cash Management Lead

to direct our global treasury operations and liquidity frameworks. In this role, you will be

responsible for the financial stewardship of our liquid assets, capital funding strategies, and

corporate banking infrastructure.

With 7+ years of progressive corporate treasury experience, you will act as the operational

and strategic anchor—leading a high-performing treasury team, managing tier-1 banking

relationships, enforcing strict internal controls, and optimizing Oracle ERP to maximize cash

visibility, automate workflows, and mitigate capital risks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Liquidity Management & Funding

• Oversee global cash positions across multi-currency and multi-ledger environments,

ensuring absolute operational liquidity for all global business units.

• Formulate and execute sophisticated capital funding strategies, managing

drawdowns on credit facilities, revolving debt, and commercial paper pools to

backstop cash deficits.

• Structure and govern complex global liquidity mechanisms, including cross-border

cash pooling, target balancing, and multi-lateral netting frameworks.

2. Team Leadership & Service Delivery

• Direct, mentor, and develop a team of treasury analysts and specialists, cultivating a

high-performance culture focused on accuracy and risk mitigation.

• Establish and monitor team-level KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

regarding cash position reporting, payment authorization turnaround times, and

reconciliation cycles.

• Design capacity models and cross-training matrices to ensure flawless operational

business continuity across global time zones.

3. Advanced Cash Forecasting & Analytics

• Own the development and corporate consolidation of short-, medium-, and long-

term rolling cash flow forecasting models.

• Partner with FP&A, commercial heads, and corporate development to align working

capital trends with macro-level forecasting inputs.

• Conduct advanced variance analysis (Actuals vs. Forecast) and present monthly

liquidity dashboards and strategic recommendations to the C-suite and executive

board.

4. Bank Relationship Management & Corporate Governance

• Act as the lead corporate interface with institutional banking partners, evaluating

transaction costs, negotiating credit lines, and optimizing global banking fees.

• Govern the global corporate bank account lifecycle (openings, closures, and

signatory mandates), ensuring absolute alignment with the corporate Delegation of

Authority.

• Ensure strict adherence to global banking regulations and compliance mandates,

including FBAR, KYC, anti-money laundering (AML) controls, and localized statutory

reporting.

5. Oracle ERP & Treasury System Transformation

• Serve as the functional business owner for the corporate Oracle Cash Management

and Oracle Treasury modules.

• Spearhead digital transformation initiatives to drive automation, including host-to-

host bank channels, Swift connectivity networks, and standardizing transmission

formats (e.g., XML ISO 20022, BAI2, MT940).

• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for Oracle system upgrades, module patches,

and third-party financial tech integrations.

6. Risk Control & Financial Audit

• Maintain a SOX-compliant corporate treasury control framework, implementing

rigorous anti-fraud measures regarding electronic disbursements and banking

modifications.

• Oversee month-end close workflows for treasury transactions, including interest

accruals, FX revaluations, and debt accounting entries.

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external auditors during annual

and quarterly asset validation cycles.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related

business discipline. A Master’s degree, MBA, or professional certifications such as

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), CA, CPA, CMA are highly preferred.

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive corporate treasury and capital management

operations, with at least 2–3 years in a clear supervisory or lead capacity.

• ERP Expertise: Deep, advanced hands-on mastery utilizing Oracle ERP cash

management and treasury applications in an enterprise corporate layout.

• Technical Knowledge: Profound understanding of global payment rails (Swift,

Fedwire, CHIPS, SEPA), banking connectivity architecture, cash modeling

mechanics, and multi-currency accounting.

• Soft Skills: Influential leadership presence, top-tier negotiation and diplomatic

communication skills, and an analytical mindset capable of navigating
