Role: Learning Content Analyst
Experience level: 3-5 years
Band: BPO 2/3
Work Type: Full-time; Flexible supporting 24/7 operations, including regular alignment to US shift
schedules and readiness to work night shifts as required.
Job Requirements*
• Strong understanding of Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and digital learning platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot LXP and learner issues.
• Skills in analyzing learner usage data and performance metrics
• Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliable reporting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholder to support tech enabled learning design
• Ensure content adheres to accessibility standards, providing equitable access for all users.
Key Responsibilities*
• Manage the administration of the Degreed platform, including user management, and system configuration.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand learning needs and objectives.
• Develop and curate learning paths and content libraries to support employee development goals.
• Monitor and analyze learning data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Assist in developing standardized learning processes, procedures, and templates.
• Collaborate with business partners on expected business outcomes.
Domain
• 3+ years of experience in learning and development, human resources, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in administering and optimizing learning management systems (LMS), with specific experience using Degreed preferred.
• Proven track record of designing and curating engaging learning content and pathways to support employee development.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing the implementation and ongoing administration of learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and provide user support.
• Experience in providing training and support to users of learning platforms or software applications.
• Ability to analyze learning data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development technology.
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Excellent Communication, Collaboration, Analytical Thinking, Creativity
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.
Certifications
