Role: WFA Processor

Band: BPO1/2

Experience: 1–4 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹6–7 LPA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Manage workforce administration and employee data management activities.
Process simple and medium-complex payroll transactions within the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data quality.
Coordinate with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Support payroll processing while ensuring compliance with company policies and country regulations.
Resolve employee data and payroll-related queries within defined SLAs.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling employee information.

Required Skills

1–4 years of experience in Workforce Administration (WFA) or Employee Data Management.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) payroll transactions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, or Kronos.
Awareness of country-specific payroll and labor regulations.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (Graduation is mandatory).
