SCM Planning & Scheduling Associate

Job Summary

The SCM Planning & Scheduling Associate will be responsible for supporting sourcing and procurement activities, managing the PR to PO conversion process, handling supplier contracts, vendor onboarding and negotiations, and ensuring accuracy and timely completion of daily procurement operations. The role involves working with SAP MM, LE and SD modules, MS Office applications, UK customers, and internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining work standards, preparing reports, managing confidential information, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the PR to PO conversion process.
Support sourcing and procurement activities.
Work extensively with SAP MM, LE and SD modules.
Manage contracts with different suppliers.
Support vendor negotiation and vendor onboarding activities.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of daily work.
Handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
Read, understand, and respond to emails and calls.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy and adherence to required work standards.
Prepare and publish reports for various stakeholders.
Manage UK customer requirements.
Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across different account levels.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
Sound knowledge of Sourcing and Procurement.
Experience working with SAP MM, LE and SD modules.
Experience handling UK customers is preferred.

Work Requirements

Shift 1: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Must be comfortable working either of the specified shifts.
Ability to work with UK customers and manage client/internal stakeholders.
Must maintain accuracy and meet defined timelines.
