About the Role
We are seeking a highly seasoned AML OPS Analysts with a specialization in Quality Control (QC) to join our financial crime compliance team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive industry experience to safeguard financial integrity, analyze complex data patterns, and ensure strict adherence to international anti-money laundering standards.

Key Responsibilities & Functional Skills
Alert Monitoring & FCRM Analysis: Analyze complex AML alerts generated within the FCRM system. Actively identify potential red flags including structuring, high-risk/high-volume transactions, and sudden changes in customer behavior.
Deep-Dive Investigations: Conduct initial research using both internal systems and external data sources. Review alerted activity alongside 30 days of recent account history, gathering critical evidence to explain the legitimacy of the transactions.

Customer Profile Verification:

Perform comprehensive customer profile checks against existing corporate records to validate expected transactional activity and risk levels.
Disposition & Detailed Documentation: Decide whether to close alerts as non-suspicious with no further action or escalate them for robust, thorough investigations. Record clear findings and analytical rationales in the designated FCRM format.

Compliance Adherence: Ensure all reviews, audits, and investigative steps strictly align with established AML regulations, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) rules, OFAC sanctions, and internal policies.

Candidate Requirements
* 10+ years of dedicated experience in AML Operations and Quality Control.
* Exceptional analytical skills, sharp investigative instincts, and a high level of accuracy.
* Comprehensive understanding of financial products, services, and associated risk factors.
