Location: Chennai

Experience: 7–10 Years
Qualification: MBA, M.Com, B.Com, BBA (Finance & Accounts) – 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3)
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Band: BPO 4
Shift: 12:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night/Rotational Shift)
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Key Skills Required:

7+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts with Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Strong experience in Core Payables and P2P operations
Minimum 3 years of team handling experience
MS Office proficiency
Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
Experience in SLA tracking, reporting, governance calls, and process improvements

Responsibilities:

Manage work allocation and resolve process exceptions and queries
Review complex P2P activities, duplicate payments, foreign payment issues, and royalty calculations
Conduct review meetings with business and retained accounting teams
Ensure quality, compliance, SLA adherence, and reporting
Drive process improvements and operational excellence
Interact with clients through governance calls and stakeholder meetings
Lead the team to achieve business and operational goals

Eligibility:

7–10 years of relevant P2P/Finance & Accounts experience
Willing to work from the Chennai office in rotational night shifts
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply
PAN and Date of Birth are mandatory for profile creation
