We’re hiring an Associate - Domain Utilities for a global utilities operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Geography, GIS, utility operations, or back-office support, especially those who have experience working with UK utility clients or stakeholders.

Salary: 6-7 LPA

What You’ll Do

* Execute back-office operations and utility-related processes
* Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks
* Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and operational records
* Coordinate with UK customers, internal teams, and business stakeholders
* Respond to emails and operational queries professionally
* Support process improvement and day-to-day operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

* Graduate in Geography or GIS (Hons)
* 1-5 years of experience in utilities, GIS, back-office operations, or a related domain
* Experience handling UK customers or international stakeholders
* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
